Review the terms that govern bookings, payments, and site use for Bluboarding.
Scope of Services
Bluboarding offers kitesurfing, wingfoil, and surf lessons, equipment rentals, and guided excursions in Dakhla, Morocco. All activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, and participant eligibility. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any session due to safety concerns or force majeure, and will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment through our online booking system. Prices are listed in euros and may be updated without prior notice. Your booking confirmation email is the binding record of your session details, including date, discipline, and lesson format.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. No-shows are non-refundable. If Bluboarding cancels a session due to weather or safety conditions, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
Participant Requirements
Participants must be at least 16 years old, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A basic level of swimming ability is required for all water activities. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, physical limitations, or pregnancy prior to your session. Bluboarding reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed unfit or unprepared for the activity.
Safety and Instructor Authority
All participants must follow instructor instructions at all times. Wearing the provided safety equipment is mandatory throughout the session. Alcohol and drug use before or during any activity is strictly prohibited. Participants who disregard safety guidelines may be removed from the session without refund.
Equipment and Rentals
Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or non-compliance with instructor guidance is the financial responsibility of the renter. All Bluboarding equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to professional standards. Loss or theft of rented equipment is also the renter's responsibility.
Liability
Water sports carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, equipment failure, and changing ocean or wind conditions. By booking with Bluboarding, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. Bluboarding is not liable for personal injuries, property loss, or damages resulting from participant negligence or failure to comply with safety instructions.
